Yango Twist

We invented and created a twist packaging material "Yango Twist" which is metalized, transparent or white polypropylene based film with superior twist effect. It is an ecologically clean film with excellent twist characteristics, outstanding dead fold properties and high stiffness. "Yango Twist" film's superior breakthrough and tear strength lead to efficiency and production speed. "Yango Twist" film can be run at the speed of up to 2000 ppm on the modern type of packaging machines, as well as on the older packaging machines that are not designed to work with synthetic materials. "Yango Twist" film has a strong puncture resistance that is especially helpful with the sharp edged hard candies. It has superior water and alcohol vapor barrier properties. "Yango Twist" film has an option to twist and then seal for the products, such as chewing gums and chewing candies.

Values: Thickness of "Yango Twist" film is 15 ± 2 µ and Weight is 24 ± 2 g/m2.

Food Contact: "Yango Twist" film is completely lipid-resistant (does not absorb any oils and fats) and complies with all the requirements of EEC directives and FDA regulation in direct contact with food.

Film Storage: "Yango Twist" film does not require any special storage conditions and has a storage capacity of 10 years.

"Yango Twist" film is delivered printed with rotogravure.
